The city of Idaho Falls Street Division will begin sweeping residential streets on Monday, April 21, starting with arterial and collector streets as well as streets with striping. The schedule is divided into zones that will be completed in one day each. An interactive map will show residents when their street is scheduled for sweeping. The cycle will finish in October, with a week set aside for sweeping arterial and collector roads again before starting over. Exceptions to the schedule include Independence Day week and Fridays. The schedule may vary due to mechanical issues or inclement weather. For questions or concerns, residents can contact the Street Division at (208) 612-8490. More information and interactive maps can be found on the Idaho Falls Public Works Department webpage.
